Fees & Insurance

Thank you for choosing Charles Coulter, LPC (Coulter Counseling, LLC). We are honored to help you and your family.

Private Pay Therapy Fees (Individual, Family, or Couples):

  • $130 Daytime Session (8 AM to 4 PM)

  • $150 After Hours Session (5PM or 6PM)

  • $130 Phone Session (15-50 minutes)
  • $50 Email Consultation (1-15 minutes)
  • $170 Weekend Sessions when available
  • $ 50 / Printed Reports or Letters

Office Visit Information:  

  • Payment is due at time of session.
  • $5 convenience fee is charged when using a debit or credit card.
  • Payment methods: cash, check, all credit cards, debit cards, MSA or HSA cards.
  • Receipts provided upon request.
  • No-Shows & Late Cancellations (48 hours notice required) will be charged the full session fee and payment will be collected through the credit card on file.

Insurance Not Accepted:

  • The counseling practice is not contracted with insurance companies meaning they consider us an “out-of-network” practice.  All potential clients should contact their health insurance company to see if their policy reimburses for mental health services at an out-of-network rate.  Upon request, we can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement purposes.  Submitting a claim to your insurance usually requires that we provide a mental health diagnosis when applicable which becomes part of your permanent medical history and records.
